Customer Service and Sales
Your duties include greeting all potential customers when they walk into the store or into the area where your cosmetics counter is located. You may offer free samples of products and help customers with cosmetic testers. Your customer service responsibilities include handling cash register transactions such as sales and returns. Daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals are typically assigned to you. You may also participate in sales and product training sessions to better meet your customers' needs and expectations.
