Central Carolina Community College (CCCC), North Carolina

At CCCC, you'll learn to diagnose, maintain and repair a variety of motorcycle and ATV makes and models. You'll have the choice of enrolling in either a 48-unit daytime diploma program or a certificate program comprised of 16 units that's available both daytime and in the evening. Although the curriculum doesn't include Harley-specific courses, it was developed in partnership with Harley-Davidson and other manufacturers. The diploma program includes additional courses in math, communications and computer literacy. A small business course will prepare you for running your own shop.

Pittsburg State University, Kansas

Pittsburg State offers a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a major in technology. In addition to general education and business support courses, you'll complete an emphasis in Harley-Davidson motorcycle service technology. An internship at either a Harley-Davidson dealership or corporate facility will enable you to work alongside seasoned professionals. The program also incorporates classes in merchandising and fashion to prepare you to work with other Harley-Davidson products and gear.

Lake Washington Technical College, Washington

At this school, you can earn your Associate of Applied Science in Motorcycle, Marine & Power Equipment Service Technology with a Harley-Davidson option. In addition to learning all about Harley-Davidson motorcycles and how to repair them, you'll complete 20 units of academic core requirements, along with courses in business, computer basics and Harley-Davidson service and shop practices.

Fort Scott Community College, Kansas

Fort Scott's Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Training and Technical Development program culminates in the Associate of Applied Science degree. Along with general education core requirements and courses in motorcycle mechanics, sales and marketing, you'll study the history of Harley-Davidson and its unique culture. You'll gain hands-on experience in motorcycle diagnostics and repair, sales, marketing and customer service through a summer internship at a Harley-Davidson dealership. A capstone project will help you synthesize everything you've learned in the program.
