What Associate's Degree Programs are Available in Baking and Pastry Arts?
An Associate of Science or Associate of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry Arts program requires two years of study. Students will study and practice baking fundamentals, and they will learn to create sugar showpieces, specialty cakes, chocolate confections and artisan breads.
