This course is meant to provide concepts about neuroscience that apply to the practice of psychology. Students will learn about biological factors that influence behavior.

Applied Behavior Analysis

This course will teach students about behavioral theories and how they apply to the modification and acquisition of behavior. Students will learn behavior modification techniques in order to apply them to real-world scenarios.

Where Can I Find These Programs?

At the undergraduate level, you could apply for admission into an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) or a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree program in behavioral science. If you already have a bachelor's degree, you could pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in the field, which is a 2-3-year course of study. The terminal degree in this field is a doctoral degree, a 4-6-year course of study that culminates in a dissertation. In addition to these degree programs in behavioral science, you could also take individual courses in the subject.
