Scientific American Podcasts

Scientific American, a popular science magazine, produces different podcasts for your listening pleasure. Science Talk is an audio program that provides in-depth coverage of important scientific discoveries; host Steve Mirsky often invites preeminent scientists onto the show to discuss specific disciplines within science. 60-Second Science provides briefer coverage, adding information to topics in health, mind, sustainability, tech, and the sciences.

NPR's Science Friday

Science Friday is a weekly show that can be heard on National Public Radio (NPR) stations throughout the country. If you ever miss an episode, though, it's nice to know that you can catch up by listening to a podcast of the program. Host Ira Flatow, a renowned science journalist, interviews scientists, authors and others on topics ranging from antimatter to airport scanners and neuroscience to cyber security. StarTalk Radio
