What Programs Are Available in Medical Office Administration?

If you want to study medical office administration at the undergraduate level, you could apply for associate's degree programs in medical office administration or medical office technology. These are 2-year programs that can prepare you for entry-level careers in medical administrative offices. While you can find this program on traditional college campuses, it is also widely available in distance-learning formats from a number of accredited universities.

In addition to degree programs, medical office administration diploma programs are also available. While the courses involving medical administration are similar to degree programs, diploma programs don't require general education courses and won't make you eligible for bachelor's degree programs in the field.
