Can I Complete These Programs Entirely Online?

Many schools offer customer care training programs online and most won't require you to set foot on a college campus. In order to complete your coursework, you will need a reliable Internet connection, an updated browser and software for viewing different types of media, such as Windows Media Viewer and Adobe Acrobat. Some programs will also require you to take simulated customer service calls that your instructor will critique and then recommend ways that you might improve your skills.
