Software project management is typically not part of the title of a program but may be one of many courses. Some schools offer software project management certificate programs. These programs can be used whether you're currently employed as a project manager or are pursuing a career in project management or software development. These certificate programs usually require completion of five or six specific courses. While they may be taken as stand-alone courses, they must all be completed to earn a software project management certificate.

Can I Earn My Degree Online?

Some schools offer relevant programs through distance learning. Online programs require a computer with Internet access and an e-mail account.
