#1 Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
MIT offers many courses for graphic artists and designers via its OCW program. Nearly all of the free courses include readings, assignments, lectures and exams. Some of the courses can be translated into other languages or downloaded in an audio format. Courses cover topics in user-centered design, media design and digital typography. MIT was ranked 7th among national universities in 2014 by U.S. News and World Report.
