Factors Affecting Those Who Work from Home

The increase in people working from home has been aided by the rapid growth in technology. Employees appreciate how working from home helps battle rising traffic congestion and fuel costs. Businesses have a growing tendency to employ contractors rather than traditional career employees, and some of those contractors work from home.
