International Association of Certified Home Inspectors

The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI, www.nachi.org), offers its own online home inspection classes. Over 30 courses are offered. Education begins with a course in safe practices, which covers equipment use, client safety, and emergency response. Roofing, electrical, structures, plumbing, green building, radon, mold, and commercial inspection are some of the topics covered by other courses. The InterNACHI also proctors a certification examination that serves governmental and other regulatory boards. This assures an above-average standard for certified home inspectors.
