Barstow Community College is located in a rural area east of Los Angeles, California. The certificate program in cosmetology is listed by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology as an approved school, and most graduates of the program pass the California licensing exam. In order to complete the program, you must complete at least 12 of the 18 credits at Barstow Community College, and you must earn at least a C in all courses.
