Baruch College offers a 30-credit Master of Science program in finance with an option to choose between full-time and part-time study; the program includes courses in investment analysis, business communication, corporate finance, and econometrics. The school also offers a 30-credit, 11-month Executive Master of Science in Finance program for professionals whose experience is equal to or more than five years.

Stony Brook University

Stony Brook University hosts a Master of Science in Finance program that requires a total of 30 credits spread across courses like behavioral finance, risk management, investment analysis, bank management, and an industry-based capstone project. The university also hosts a Master of Business Administration in Finance with two tracks, a 36-credit track for students who have a bachelor's degree in business, and a 48-credit track for others.

SUNY Empire State College

SUNY Empire State College has an online Master of Science in Finance program that can be completed either full-time in 20 months or part-time in 24-27 months. This 36-credit program provides tracks in general finance, corporate finance, and international finance and entails core courses in international financial management, financial management strategies, quantitative methods in finance, and financial economics.

University at Buffalo

Fordham University

A 42 to 45.5-credit Master of Science in Quantitative Finance program that takes one to two years is also available.

Niagara University

Niagara University offers a Master of Science in Finance program that can be completed in one year and provides a CFA and FRM track and a CPA track. The program includes core courses in econometrics, international finance, strategic accounting, and investments.

Pace University

Pace University hosts Master of Science programs in financial management (33-46 credits), investment management (30-43 credits), and financial risk management (30-37 credits). The university also offers a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management, which requires 39 credit hours.
