Computer and Information Systems Managers

IT managers may work as chief information officers (CIOs), chief technology officers (CTOs), IT directors or IT security managers, and may be responsible for a variety of tasks depending on their role and organization. Many IT managers are responsible for assessing technology needs, ensuring proper computer installation, reviewing costs for new software, and managing other IT employees. Many of these IT managers have a graduate degree, and some employers prefer applicants who have a Master of Business Administration.

Financial Managers

Human Resources Managers

Human resources managers oversee administrative functions of their organization which may include recruitment and training, employee conflict resolution, and payroll. Human resources managers typically serve as the link between employees and management, consulting with each to ensure employee satisfaction and workplace efficiency.
