What Kind of Program Is It?

This online program is designed to expose students to important topics in international business in addition to providing instruction specific to the field of healthcare informatics. Southern New Hampshire University's International Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Informatics curriculum includes a foundational core of international business classes that are followed by three healthcare informatics concentration courses. In addition to the healthcare informatics courses, which are taken instead of electives, students in this program are required to take classes in accounting, financial management, global entrepreneurship, international trade, and other topics relevant to international business. The program is designed to impart greater cultural awareness and develop skills in research and interpersonal relations.

What Are the Prerequisites?

Undergraduate education is a requirement for applicants to this program. Students from all academic backgrounds are welcome to apply, though those who do not have a business background may be required to take foundational courses in addition to the required coursework. All applicants to Southern New Hampshire University programs must have earned a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
