What Is Required to Become a Driving Instructor?

To become a driving instructor, you are typically only required to have a high school diploma or a high school equivalency degree, like a GED. Generally, no higher education is required. You must also have a valid driver's license. Depending on your teaching goals you may need to have a personal, commercial, truck or motorcycle license.

Are There Any Additional Requirements?
