At the undergraduate level, you can study organizational architecture in organizational studies or organizational management bachelor's programs. What Will I Study?

In organizational architecture courses, you'll study traditional business organization and management models. You'll also learn how to analyze the effectiveness of a particular organizational design, deciding whether or not it contributes to a firm's success or failure. Additional topics related to organizational architecture you might study in a degree program include leadership techniques, organizational communication, productivity and performance, and global organizational strategies.

Many master's programs in business administration or organizational management will expect you to write a thesis paper in order to earn your degree. If you enroll in a DBA program, you'll need to complete a dissertation.
