What Will I Study?

As a student in a network communications management degree program, you can gain the knowledge needed to install, configure and manage networks, including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). You also might learn to analyze problems, initiate appropriate solutions and manage network security risks. Your curriculum likely will include classroom work and hands-on experience, allowing you to put what you've learned into practice. Possible topics of study may include:

Bachelor's degree programs may require you to complete a capstone project in your area of interest.
