Proposal coordinators are expected to have a marketing certificate or degree and experience in the field of marketing or proposals. You will also need to be skilled in an office productivity suite like Microsoft Office and a design-based software such as Microsoft Publisher or Adobe. Proposal coordinators are the final eye for proposals, so along with the education you will need to be able to accurately proofread the entire proposal.
