Admissions Requirements for Human Resources Master's Degree Programs

As with any other graduate degree program, prospective students looking to earn a master's degree in HR in Colorado will need to have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. The degree does not have to be in human resources or show relevant coursework, but candidates can improve their chances of admission with a GPA of 3.0 or above. Candidates with a lower GPA may be able to (or may be required to) take a standardized test such as the GRE or GMAT to compensate.
