Auburn University

Auburn University has an online MBA program that is comprised of 13 courses, an optional on-site orientation, and an optional global immersion trip, and can be completed in around 2.5 years. Auburn University also has an executive MBA program that is 21 months long and is made up of online courses with five one-week residencies. Students can also pursue a dual degree in MBA/MSF (finance), MBA/MSIS (information systems), or MBA/MISE (systems engineering), as well as a graduate certificate in accountancy, cybersecurity management, business analytics, information systems management, or supply chain management innovation.

Auburn University at Montgomery

The online MBA program at Auburn University at Montgomery consists of 10 courses which can be completed in one to two years. Students who have a bachelor's degree in business may be able to waive core MBA courses, such as managerial accounting, financial valuation, and marketing management.

Faulkner University

The online executive MBA program at Faulkner University consists of 10 five-week courses that are taken one at a time, enabling students to finish the curriculum in less than one year. The curriculum emphasizes managerial functions and decision making with quantitative reasoning, strategic thinking, and marketing.

Oakwood University

Students can earn a Master of Business Administration in 18 months through Oakwood University's online MBA program. The curriculum consists of 36 credit hours with courses in finance, accounting, international business, research, and decision making.

Samford University

Samford University has an online MBA program that consists of 36 credit hours but may require up to 9 additional credit hours to be completed for students without qualifying prerequisites. Students may also add a concentration by taking at least one additional course (3 credit hours) and can choose from marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.

Spring Hill College

The MBA program at Spring Hill College is comprised of 10 courses (30 credit hours) that can be completed in one year. Students can choose a concentration in leadership or supply chain management, preparing graduates for careers in purchasing, inventory control, management, and manufacturing. Troy University

Troy University has an online MBA program that requires students to complete 31 credit hours; 22 core credits and 9 of electives. Students can pursue a general management/custom track or a concentration in international management, international finance, or international information systems & data analytics.

University of Mobile

Students can enter the online MBA program at the University of Mobile in the fall, spring, or summer semesters and can finish in one or two years, depending on their desired course load. The program consists of 30 credit hours with instruction on topics such as business ethics and analytics from a Biblical perspective.

University of North Alabama

University of North Alabama offers two MBA programs. Students with at least five years of applicable work experience can complete the 34-credit-hour executive MBA to further develop their executive leadership skills. Students with a qualifying GMAT score or some work experience can earn an MBA through the standard 34-credit-hour program and concentrate their degree in information systems, sales & new business development, accounting, global business, finance, health care management, human resource management, project management, or create a custom focus with the allotted electives.

University of West Alabama

The online MBA program at the University of West Alabama consists of accelerated 8-week courses, totaling 33 credit hours, and can be completed in as little as one year. Students can choose a concentration in computer information systems, accounting, entrepreneurship & innovation, finance, management, general business, marketing, or sports management.

Admittance Requirements for an Online MBA Program in Alabama

Online Master of Business Administration programs requires incoming students to have a bachelor's degree, often with an undergraduate GPA minimum requirement (some as low as 2.5).
