How to Earn an MBA in Supply Chain Management Online without a GMAT

Programs for an MBA in supply chain management require a bachelor's degree either in a business-related field or with some prerequisite courses met, as well as a specific GPA, typically 3.0. Online programs take between one and three years and typically consist of courses such as those listed below.

Business Law

In business law, students learn about businesses' legal environment by studying regulations and issues affecting businesses. Students learn about several topics including contracts and liability as well as employment laws. Students may also learn about laws that apply to companies who do business internationally.

Operations Management

This course covers the concepts and methods that assist with understanding how to manage an organization's operations. Marketing courses provide instruction on how to effectively create and manage brands and marketing. Admission Requirements for an MBA in Supply Chain Management: No GMAT

Many schools offer online MBAs in supply chain management, and a fair amount of those do not require a GMAT or equivalent entrance exam. All programs do require a bachelor's degree, with very few requiring that degree to be in a business field. Most programs will require some amount of business prerequisites with a non-business undergraduate degree, as well as a GPA of 3.0. For students who do not have any undergraduate business college credits, some schools provide those prerequisites as a bridge program or degree to get students ready for the MBA coursework.
