South University is a fully online school that offers Registered Nurse-to-Master of Science in Nursing programs to students regardless of whether they hold a bachelor's degree or not. Students at South University in the RN-to-MSN program can specialize in the family nurse practitioner track. Students will need to complete a total of 42 credits before they can graduate from this program.

Eastern Michigan University

Students at Eastern Michigan University have the option to pursue a Registered Nurse-to-Master of Science in Nursing program that requires students to take a total of 38 credits prior to graduation. Students can complete this program in as little as two years by taking two courses per semester.

Michigan State University

Michigan State University offers an Registered Nurse-to-Master of Science in Nursing program where students can choose one of four different tracks to specialize in, including the adult-gerontology clinical nurse specialist track, the adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner track, the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner track, and the family nurse practitioner track.
