The program offers coursework that will introduce you to the fundamentals of accounting, including financial statements, balance sheets, internal accounting controls, budgeting, and payroll. You will have an opportunity to study international business strategy, global organizations, finance, and marketing; operations management of production and manufacturing services; and quality management as a business strategy. Additional coursework includes human resource management, employee development and training, managerial accounting, marketing, and managing organizational change. </p> <h3 id="section---WhatAreThePrerequisites">What Are the Prerequisites?</h3> <p>If you are interested in applying to the Bachelor of Science in Management program, you should already have a CTU-approved associate degree.
