You will be required to enroll in basic classes, such as foundations of graduate study, as well as more specific ones like adult learning theories. These courses are meant to help you gain the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in a job educating adults and supporting their workforce abilities. You will be required to complete a final action research capstone course in order to graduate from the program. </p> <h3 id="section---WhatAreThePrerequisites">What Are the Prerequisites?</h3> <p>If you are interested in applying to this program, you should have a strong background in education and working closely with other adults. You should have a knack for instructing others and helping people get better at professionally relevant tasks.
