Typically, you need to take more credits to earn a BFA, and you spend more time in studios honing your digital arts skills. Online programs are difficult to find because of studio and collaboration requirements.

<p>The courses you take in digital arts bachelor's degree programs usually include in-depth instruction in drawing and design. You explore techniques for sketching, drawing figures, and storyboarding. Additional courses include color theory, content development, 3-D modeling, web design and drawing animation. Some programs include a course that covers 4-D animation, which discusses space and time within animated works. You may also be required to take art history courses that give you a sense of the relationship between digital art and other art forms.
