The curriculum is designed and taught by industry specialists and consists of one self-paced course. This course includes topics in freight broker basics, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements, sales and marketing techniques, setting up shipper and carrier packets, carrier relations and setting rates.
