About Empire Beauty Schools

With more than 80 locations in 21 states, Empire Beauty Schools offers a variety of high-quality programs for prospective beauty professionals. Career-focused programs are available in cosmetology, esthetics, and cosmetology teaching and are designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed for state licensure. You'll learn from instructors who are currently licensed by their state's board of cosmetology, and many have participated in ongoing continuing education to keep up with current industry trends and tools.

The hands-on programs include Empire's one-of-a-kind Certified Learning in Cosmetology (CLiC) curriculum that takes a visual approach to learning. You'll learn using visual elements like mannequins, digital textbooks, and interactive white boards. If you choose the cosmetology program, you'll have the opportunity to study hair cutting and design, coloring, skin care, and makeup techniques. The cosmetology educator program prepares you to train future beauty professionals while the courses in the esthetics program cover topics like waxing, facials, makeup, and other body treatment techniques. The programs also include practical business classes that help you learn how to build and retain a client base. Haircutting specific programs are also offered in Colorado.

Empire Beauty Schools are accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences.
