About Central Christian College
Opened in 1884 in Nebraska and moved to McPherson, Kansas, in 1914, Central Christian College is known as the oldest junior college in the state. The school began awarding bachelor's degrees in 1991, and adopted its current name in 1999 to reflect its four-year baccalaureate status. The college was accredited by the Higher Learning Commission in 2004. In 2019, Central Christian College of Kansas ranked among the top 80 among regional Midwest colleges by U.S. News and World Report.
With options ranging from accounting to youth ministry, Central Christian College of Kansas offers a wide range of associate's and bachelor's degree programs. Besides studies in criminal justice, engineering, exercise science, public relations, and psychology, you'll find offerings in aviation, creative writing, law enforcement, music, and sport communication. Do you want a career in the ministry? You can pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry offering focuses in applied ministry, pastoral ministry, student ministry, or worship arts. Are you seeking to become a doctor, chiropractor, lawyer, or veterinarian? Central provides all of the pre-studies you'll need to get started. Popular bachelor's degree programs in elementary education and physical education can prepare you for a career as a K-6 classroom teacher or pre-K-grade 12 physical education teacher. Or you could decide to pursue their Bachelor of Science in Business program, which allows you to concentrate your studies on different areas, including accounting, management, human resources, or marketing.
You can even choose to take one of eight programs that are offered online. These include Bachelor of Science degrees in Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or Health & Human Services. An Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice and an Associate of Arts program with elective tracks in, among other areas, business, and healthcare management are also available. Either online or on-campus, Central Christian College strives to be a place where students can enjoy their educational experience.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
As an applicant to Central Christian College's programs, you must possess a high school diploma and submit a final high school transcript.
