Courses will cover a variety of topics, ranging from scholarly writing to financial issues in schools. You will have the opportunity to select from a number of different electives to focus more in areas where you have particular interests or talents and will also take several research-centered courses. You will be required to pass all of your courses with at least a B average, pass an examination course, and write an acceptable doctoral dissertation in order to graduate from the program. </p> <h3 id="section---WhatAreThePrerequisites">What Are the Prerequisites?</h3> <p>If you are interested in applying to this program, you should have a desire to help others learn and enjoy working with people. You should already have a strong background in education, as well as natural leadership abilities.
