The University of Phoenix Graduate Accounting Certificate is designed to teach students about the social, legal and ethical aspects of accounting practice. In addition to covering the fundamentals of accounting, you also have an opportunity to prepare for the CPA exam. Some of the CPA exam topics that are included in the curriculum are regulation, financial accounting and reporting, and audit and attestation. It is important to note that there are some CPA exam topics that are not addressed in the curriculum.
