The school also had special rates for Minnesota residents under the Minnesota Reciprocity rate, with generally more affordable fees for those out-of-state. At Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, an undergraduate student in 2018-2019 in-state could expect to pay $14,460 for tuition, while someone from out-of-state paid $39,766. </p> <p>Besides tuition, traditional education costs can also include transportation, student parking, housing, meal plans and lab fees. Room rates at Warner Pacific University, charged $9,670 for on-campus housing and $11,760 for off-campus accommodation in 2018-2019.
