The registrar's signature, transcript key/guide, the date the degree was conferred must all be visible. Those with have a bachelor's degree and who have completed a teacher preparation program, should also consider applying for a public school teaching certificate. Application for the Resident Educator License requires a bachelor's degree and the completion of a teacher's preparation program. Candidates must also pass several licensure exams.
