<p>Upon scheduling their first interview, substitutes will be granted access to portal called TeacherMatch, where they are required to complete an online training program provided by KES. At the end of the program, applicants will be assessed on their knowledge of the topics discussed and will need score a minimum passing grade of 80%. Individuals will be given two attempts to pass this test; if they fail both, they are unable to apply to KES for substitute teaching roles for one year. The entire program will take about two hours to complete.
