What Kind of Program Is It?

The curriculum of the online Associate of Arts with a concentration in Information Technology program at University of Phoenix focuses on introductory networking, web design, security and programming concepts and methods. What Are the Course Requirements?

Students of the University of Phoenix Associate of Arts with a concentration in Information Technology program must complete 60 total credits, with 18 of those credits taken in area of concentration courses. Classes are taken in complementary pairs or blocks and are nine weeks in duration. Students entering the program with 24 or more transfer credits adhere to the Track A curriculum, while the Track B curriculum is for students with less than 24 transfer credits. Track B students follow the University of Phoenix First-Year Sequence.
