Enrollment Process and Information

To be considered for school admission, prospective students need to submit completed applications with application fees; this may be done online. Proof of high school graduation or its equivalent must be submitted. AIU Admission Advisors will then conduct admission interviews. Students whose first language is not English will need to prove their English proficiency.

Financial Aid Information

Once a student has been accepted into the college, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) may be submitted. A Financial Aid Advisor will help the student figure out which financial options he or she is eligible for. These can include federal, state or private grants or scholarships, which are based on established criteria and don't need to be repaid, or loans which do need to be paid back. Expert assistance in tuition planning is also available to all AIU students.

Career Services

Career-planning counseling and assistance, practice interviews, and tips for writing resumes are offered to all students by the Career Services team. Networking opportunities are available with professionals and alumni in the field who share their work experiences. Career fairs and other planned events are also offered. Students need to check with the Career Services Department to get a schedule of these events.
