Master's Degree Programs in Social Work in New York City (NYC)

<p>The Master of Social Work (MSW) program at CUNY York College in Queens take two years to complete (full time) and prepares graduates to work in social work practice, research, administration and policy making within the health care system. Applicants who have earned their bachelor's degree in social work may be able to apply for accelerated or advanced practice MSW programs. Most programs expect applicants to have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in their undergraduate coursework. Some universities require students to send in GRE test scores. International applicants should send in TOEFL (or an equivalent test) scores.
