3. After Class

If you have taken classes at any other college or university, upload your transcripts to determine transfer credits. Once you have received your student ID and signed up for classes, submit an EdAssist tuition application.

When you complete the course, upload your grades to EdAssist so you can start the process for reimbursement. Your grades are available in your MyUMGC student portal. Finally, submit a letter of credit to UMGC, noting the total of $291 per credit hour for undergraduate programs under the Smart Track program, or the in-state tuition rate for standard graduate classes.

Students who aren't eligible for the full Smart Track program, but may still be eligible for the standard discount program, should fill out a tuition benefits verification form each term.
