Most programs require you to have earned a bachelor's degree in Asian studies or in the humanities or social sciences with an emphasis on Asia. </p> <p>To graduate, master's degree programs in Asian studies require you to demonstrate an advanced competence in at least one Asian language that matches the country of your concentration.
