Quinnipiac University's Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine offers a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree program for students in North Haven, Connecticut. While the degree dose not need to be in a specific field, applicants will need to have completed several credit hours in core-concept areas, such as chemistry, physics, and biology, as well as their associated laboratory studies. Prospective students will also need to have an acceptable GPA, particularly in those aforementioned core-content areas; usually, this means a GPA of at least 3.0, if not higher, as many of the students accepted into these schools have GPAs of around 3.6.
