• Application Security

The program takes about six months to complete when studying 10-15 hours per week, but students can finish early by putting in more hours each week.

Students will also be prepared to sit for the globally-recognized CompTIA Security+ exam, and a free exam voucher is included with the bootcamp.

Data Analytics Bootcamp

UMass Global's Data Analytics Bootcamp was designed in partnership with Microsoft and teaches fundamental business statistics concepts and advanced analysis techniques.

Students also learn how to use analytics and visualization tools like Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Python, SQL, and Tableau. Students conclude the program with a portfolio-worthy capstone project.

Data Science Bootcamp

The Data Science Bootcamp at UMass Global teaches students the Data Science Method and helps them master the Python data science stack, SQL and databases, statistical inference, and more.

Machine Learning Engineering & AI Bootcamp

UMass Global's Machine Learning Engineering & AI Bootcamp is carefully designed to provide students with foundational and advanced skills in machine learning and AI.

The program covers four major topics of machine learning:

• Specialization

All students complete a capstone project that requires building a realistic, complete machine learning or deep learning application.

Most students finish their program within nine months when studying 15-20 hours per week.

Software Engineering Bootcamp

In the software engineering bootcamp, students learn about networking fundamentals and become prepared for career success in software engineering.

The program covers tools like:

UI/UX Design Bootcamp

UMass Global's UI/UX Design Bootcamp provides students with foundational and advanced user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) skills.

The curriculum includes units like:

How Much Do UMass Global Bootcamps Cost?

For most programs, UMass Global charges per credit or six-month term. However, bootcamps are different.

Bootcamps cost one flat rate per program. Programs vary in price, as outlined below:

• Cyber Security Bootcamp: $13,452
• Data Analytics Bootcamp: $8,500
• Data Science Bootcamp: $9,900
• Machine Learning and AI Bootcamp: $9,900
• Software Engineering Bootcamp: $9,900
• UI/UX Design Bootcamp: $11,900

Students may be able to receive a discount on their tuition if they pay in full at the start of the program.

How to Pay for UMass Global Bootcamps

Many students can't afford to pay thousands of dollars upfront, so UMass Global offers financing options to help students pay for their bootcamps.

First, the university offers a month-to-month payment plan. Students in the six-month programs have four months to pay, while students in the nine-month programs get five months to pay.

UMass Global also offers a Climb Credit loan. Students pay a deposit when they enroll, and then make payments for 12-42 months depending on the loan type.

Some students may qualify for 0% APR on their Climb Credit loan. This loan option is not currently available to students in Rhode Island and some Hawaiian territories.

Two scholarships are available through the university for students in bootcamp programs. These are:

• $750 Women in Tech Scholarship
• $750 Veterans & Active Military Scholarship
