The University of Maine Fort Kent offers one online-only doctoral-level degree: the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program. This is a terminal degree for healthcare providers looking to reach the highest level in their career.

Doctoral students can complete this degree in as little as 24 months through the program's seven-week structure. Applicants must have a master's degree in nursing and a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
